How to Generate PDF Domain Reports
PDF reports give you a professional, shareable document summarizing everything ElasticDomain knows about a domain at a point in time.
Credit Cost
Each PDF export costs 2 credits.
Common Use Cases
- Client deliverables — send a domain health report to a client
- Internal audits — document the state of your domain portfolio for compliance
- Before/after comparisons — generate a report before and after a migration
- Domain due diligence — include domain intelligence when buying or selling a domain
How to Generate a PDF Report
From a Domain Detail Page
- Open your Domains List and click the domain you want to report on.
- In the domain detail view, locate the Export button.
- Select PDF from the export options.
- The report is generated and downloaded immediately.
From the Reports Section
- Go to Reports in the left sidebar.
- Click New Report.
- Select the domain (or multiple domains) to include.
- Choose PDF as the output format.
- Click Generate.
What a PDF Report Contains

Report History
Every report you generate is saved in the Reports section. You can download any past report at any time without consuming additional credits — the 2-credit cost applies only at generation time.
Tips
- Run a Full Domain Scan (250 credits) immediately before generating a report to ensure all data is fresh.
- For client-facing reports, ensure all scan sections are populated so the PDF looks complete and professional.
