Dashboard Overview: Every Section Explained
A guided tour of every section in the ElasticDomain dashboard — what each panel shows, how to navigate it, and why it matters.
Dashboard Overview: Every Section Explained
When you log in to ElasticDomain, you land in your workspace dashboard. It is designed around one goal: giving you complete situational awareness of every domain you care about without having to dig through multiple tools or tabs.
Domains List
The central panel. Every domain you have added to this workspace appears here with:
- Domain name and type (OWNED, COMPETITOR, WATCHLIST, CLIENT, INVESTMENT)
- Health score and risk score
- Days until expiry (WHOIS and SSL)
- Last scan date
- SSL status indicator
Click any domain to open its full detail view with tabs for WHOIS, DNS, SSL, SEO, Uptime, Security, Tech Stack, Subdomains, and more.
Activity Feed
A real-time log of everything that has happened across your workspace:
- Alerts fired (DNS change detected, SSL expiring, uptime down, blacklist hit)
- Scans completed
- New subdomains discovered
- WHOIS or registrar changes
Think of it as your change and security log. If something happened to any domain in your workspace, it shows up here in chronological order.
Heatmap
A visual grid of your domain portfolio colored by health score. At a glance you can see:
- Domains in critical health (red)
- Domains with warnings (yellow)
- Healthy domains (green)
Use the heatmap to instantly prioritize which domains need attention without reading through a list.
Reports
Generate and download formal reports for any domain or group of domains. Reports can be exported as:
- PDF — 2 credits per export, includes full scan results and a visual summary
- CSV — structured data export of domain details
- JSON — machine-readable export for integrations
Scan History
Every scan you run is stored. Scan History shows:
- Which domain was scanned
- What type of scan was run (Quick Scan, Full Scan, SEO Scan, Port Scan, etc.)
- When it ran
- The result summary
Compare scans over time to track how a domain's health, SSL status, DNS records, or SEO score has changed.
Watchlist
A curated shortlist of domains you want to monitor closely — typically competitor domains or expiring domains you want to acquire. Watchlist domains appear in their own dedicated view.
Alert Rules
Configure which events trigger notifications and how they are delivered. Supported channels: EMAIL, SMS, PUSH, SLACK, DISCORD, TELEGRAM, WEBHOOK.
Supported trigger types include: EXPIRY_SOON, DNS_CHANGE, SSL_EXPIRY, UPTIME_DOWN, BLACKLIST_DETECTED, WHOIS_CHANGE, CONTENT_CHANGE, HIJACK_RISK, NAMESERVER_CHANGE, and more.
API Keys
Generate API keys scoped to the current workspace. Use them to trigger scans, retrieve domain data, or pipe results into dashboards, SIEMs, or custom tools.

Workspace-level analytics showing credit consumption trends, most-scanned domains, and alert frequency by type.
